3 Day Structure

Day 1 - Line theory, D.F.S formula and scissor work made easy - an understanding. Working through a morning seminar followed by two look & learn demonstrations.

Day 2 - Scissor work made easy recap and Systematic Fading. Working through a morning seminar followed by two look & learn demonstrations.

Day 3 - The day will begin with a look and learn demonstration followed by two practical hands on sessions. The end of day 3 will see a full debrief and recap over the entire course, working on how to take it an apply it from here on out.

Each and every day will also include elements of psychology and mindset designed to build self acceptance, self confidence and self belief.

Understanding is the rawest form of preparation and so creates your foundation on which to build mechanical success.
